The project is located in a transition zone,the idea is to revitalize and reduce the border between the residential area and green university area with its surrounding nature. Not only crossing is interrupted, but also the views. The plot is a unique place with exceptional views of the west of Madrid and mountains.

By creating places for social interaction and as a “relief” of urban life, society is given the opportunity to participate in the maintenance and care of nature. Creating a platform on the roof of the university building that works as a public square enjoyable by the neighbours, the building is  semi-buried, thus diminishing its visual impact on the surroundings. The university building is a balcony and the residential tower emerges from the ground and is pierced by double-height spaces concatenated in section.
